  • Day 1 - NJP/IXB - Pelling

    After your pick-up at Siliguri, we shall proceed towards the western District of Sikkim - Pelling , a small town situated at an altitude of 2,100 mts. and shall halt for the night there

  • Day 2 - Pelling Local Sightseeing

    Pelling is a must visit for its magnificent views of Mt

    Kanchenjunga and the eastern Himalayas. After breakfast we start our full day of Sightseeing.

    HIGHLIGHTS:

    • Rimbi Waterfalls – is a waterfall along the route to Khechopalri lake, it is a treat for the eyes, especially during the monsoons.

    • Khechopalri Lake – Considered a Paradise for the nature lovers and trekkers is a sacred pilgrimage sight, considered holy by both the Buddhists and the Hindus. This religious place is believed to fulfil one’s wishes.

    • Orange Garden – is a beautiful garden located at Rimbi, the beautiful garden connects with an orange orchard. The guests can also explore the garden and the river banks and can enjoy lunch and tea here.

    • Kanchenjung Waterfall – is a perennial waterfall situated around the Pelling- Yuksom road. It is believed that the waterfall originates high up in the glaciers of Mt. Kanchenzonga.

    • Changey Waterfalls -

    Changey Waterfalls is located about 10 km from Pelling on the road side of Dentam Bazar, which is very attractive in all seasons. It falls from a height of 50 meters. The views of this waterfall is extremely amazing and it disappears into the abundant greenery.Its surroundings are lush green and offer a sense of peace. This waterfall leap out of the hillside to the valley floors in plumes of white and is worth photographing. While visiting the waterfalls Dentam Bazar can also be visited,

    • Singshore suspension bridge -

    Connecting two gorges in the west of Sikkim, the Singshore suspension bridge is believed to be the highest bridge in the state and the second-highest in Asia, with a height of over 100 m. This architectural marvel, with a length of approximately 200 m. The bridge offers a spectacular view of picturesque surroundings. Dotted with gushing waterfalls and crisscrossed by a winding stream, the landscape enthralls one with its beauty and serenity. Apart from the months of July and August, the bridge is open for visitors all year round from 6 am to 6 pm.

  • Day 3 - Pelling Sightseeing 2

    • Pemayangtse Monastery – One of the most important and the second oldest monastery of Sikkim, founded in 1647. It is situated on the top of Pelling Hill.

    • Cherezing statue and Skywalk – situated on a hilltop near the Sangachoeling Monastery lies the 137-ft statue of the “Cherezing” is the sign of all the Buddhas sympathy. Along with the statue, is a glass skywalk where the visitor can appreciate the excite of strolling in the glass.

    • Rabdentse Ruins – is an archeological site that tells ,Sikkims story of glory. It was the second capital of Sikkim. Located amidst the spectacular view of the Khanchenzonga peak and the gushing river flowing through the foothills.

    • Yuksam town - Sikkim’s fist capital, the birthplace of Sikkim is Yuksam a quaint town settled on a holl top.

    • Norbugang coronation throne - The Norbugang Chorten is a stupa situated in the Geyzing subdivision of West Sikkim district in the Indian State of Sikkim. It was erected following the crowning of the first Chogyal of Sikkim in 1642 at Narbugong Coronation Throne near Yuksom. A holy lake known as Kuthok Lake, a serene lake, is also linked to the historicity of the place. The Chorten was the place where Lama Lhutsun Chempo created the time capsule by burying all the gifts to mark the occasion.[1]

    • The Norbugang Chorten and the Norbugang throne are visited as part of Buddhist religious pilgrimage circuit involving the Dubdi Monastery, Pemayangtse Monastery, the Rabdentse ruins, the Sanga Choeling Monastery, the Khecheopalri Lake, and the Tashiding Monastery.

  • Day 4 - Pelling - NJP/IXB DROP

    Post breakfast at the property, we shall proceed towards your station / airport drop.

    Driving time - 5 hrs. Approx.
